We had the opportunity to stay here with my girlfriend for a few days and were dissatisfied with the service.
From the very beginning, the reservation was made for one person, but then I changed the reservation for 2 people over the phone (the difference in price was promised to be very minimal).
However, upon arrival, it turned out that the price was twice as much as expected.
When I tried to clarify this situation with the hotel manager (her name is Anna), she did not speak English or pretended not to. I have great doubts about her competence and the reasons why she is there at all.
